In order to promote the professional development of our employees, we implement a human resources management policy.
Our company supports the training of students, and integrates every year trainees, alternates but also doctorates within the framework of the CIFRE. To date, Pellenc ST employs 11 alternates in different departments, representing 10% of our total workforce. We also have a wide network of partner schools that help to target skilled and motivated profiles that share our industrial culture and our foundations. Among them are: CFAI 84, Maestris Sup, ISEC, 3IL, Seatech, ICAM, INSA, IAE or IUT of Aix-en-Provence. During various recruitment interviews with our experts and HR, we are looking for solid technical skills as well as a knowledge of our culture. In particular, motivation, adaptability, and learning ability are decisive factors in the candidate’s selection. Our goal through learning is to be able to train new talents on skills specific to our activity.
