By submitting your application to us, you consent to the use of your personal data by Pellenc ST.

- The Human Resources Department is responsible for collecting, processing and retaining the personal data submitted to consider your application for potential recruitment.
- Pellenc ST employees involved in the recruitment process are also likely to have access to your data, where their duties as section manager and technical expert makes it relevant to share this information with them.
- Data retention:
Once your application has been considered and we have not replied to you by six weeks after it was sent, you may consider that you were not selected for the position.
Unless we receive an objection from you, your personal data will be retained for two years, solely for further recruitment purposes.
- You have a right of access to and rectification of your data, and a right to object, to erasure of the data, the right to data portability, and to restrict processing of it.
