Job Description

Under the order of a Technical Call Assistance Manager, you will follow the missions:

  • Helping our clients over the phone for maintenance
  • Giving a feedback of those telemaintenances to our customers and concerned services
  • Backing the technicians on duty at the client’s sites
  • Finding the causes of dysfunction of our machines and fixing them
  • Installing/maintaining our machines on the client’s sites
  • Differentiating the different opened cases (using our Technical Assistance) to ease the feedbacks and to improve our products and methods
  • Following the opened cases and closing them down while respecting the deadline


  • With an Electrotechnical and/or Industrial IT Degree
  • You have already had an Industrial experience, ideally with “Special Machines “
  • You have basics knowledge with Electronical, Automatism and Mechanical
